Call him what you may but millions disagree
Ailing Fidel Castro doesn’t leave a cruel legacy
So many criticized the way that he lead
They would prefer the US model instead
Refusals to health care where there is no insurance
Or millions homeless and there are million dollar residence
Roads to success paved with deceit
Executives trampling laborers at their feet
States recalling spinach, motors and now beef
It’s hard to believe when Presidents lie through their teeth
Governments all over are challenges to control
Nuisances, criminals and greed as they play their role
Every since 1959 he ruled and the Cuba I know
Does great in the above, Castro’s exodus will be a blow

Khaidji,
The US has the best health care in the world. I know that everyone is treated at the top Miami Hospital, Jackson Hospital, even though many are destitute. Rich people from all over the world fly to Miami. They share rooms with people that cannot pay, yet both the rich and poor are treated the same.
My sources tell me that the Cuban health care is in bad shape. Photographs show that Cuba is dirty and poor.
Every month, Cubans risk death to come to America. Many of these show signs of poor health. Dental care there especially appears to be poor.
